All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking date to ensure a full refund. If the guest cancels within 48 to 24 hours of the booking date, they will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations within 24 hours of the booking date will not be issued a refund.
Our cancellation policy is at the discretion of Ehu and Kai Adventures and is subject to change at any time.
As the weather and ocean can be unpredictable, guests will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

By renting items from Ehu and Kai Adventures, the renter will be responsible for the use and care of items rented or items that may be included as a part of the rental. Lost or damaged* equipment shall be the sole responsibility of the renter and will result in a fee.

Vessel damages including scratches, dents, cracks, etc. will be subject to a fee depending on the severity of damages.
*Not subject to normal wear and tear. All damages will be examined by Ehu and Kai for determination which may or may not lead to charge for a replacement or to fix damages that occurred during guest’s rental.

Unfortunately, guests are prohibited from landing at the monument. However, we provide our guests with a tether that is attached to the kayak. This enables the kayak to float around with them as they are snorkeling.

All kayak rentals include the kayak seats, paddles, life jackets, and a dry bag. Although not included in the kayak rental, we highly recommend renting snorkel gear that we have available as well.

Guests are alloted up to 5 hours for their rental. On average, most guests are on their adventure for 3 hours.

It can take between 20-30 minutes to paddle over to the monument.

Parking is limited and located alongside Kahauloa and Pu’uhonua roads. As a respect for the Napoopoo residents, please refrain from parking in front of driveways or mail boxes.

We do not have restroom facilities at our launch site, however, there is a restroom located two minutes north that you are more than welcome to use before arriving. Once you arrive at the stop sign after coming down Napoopoo Road, you will take a right and you will see a restroom at the end of the road.

With safety as our number one priority, we will never send our guests out in dangerous conditions. If we see that weather or ocean conditions could potentially put our guests in danger, we will be sure to contact you as soon as possible.
